Members of the diocesan Family Committee celebrated Christmas with families of the diocese through evenings that led them into the heart of the Nativity.
The birth of Jesus is a personal encounter with the Child born in the manger. He was born in silence and humility to sow His love and peace in our weary hearts, and He taught us that the most precious gift we can offer Him is an open heart, sincere love and peace lived together. This is how the members of the Family Committee of the Greek Melkite Catholic Diocese of Sidon and Deir El-Qamar celebrated Christmas with families of the diocese, spending Christmas evenings that led us into the depth and essence of Christmas.
