Happy Family...Happy Society

The Family is the cornerstone of any human society. Likewise, it is the foundational core of the Church.  God is Love, and the evangelization begins within the family through the mutual love and life shared between husband and wife and their children. Pope John Paul II specified in "The Role of the Family" that the human person’s first love happens inside the family and to the extent that this love is healthy, the person will grow up in a positive relationship with oneself and with God and others

Evangelization of Individuals & Families

Most of modern age problems are derived from setting God aside. Pope Francis said that “the illness of these times is that man avoids God as if He doesn’t exist”. Without God, the nature of human relationships loses an important dimension and there is a risk that selfishness and introversion abound.
The family and life  is one of  the most important  Pastoral Committees in the Diocese. We have high expectations  regarding its function  in  the evangelization of individuals and families, improving the quality of spiritual formation in our society and the quality of marital relations.  We assign to Metanoia  Center the responsibility to follow up  and coordinate the committee work and activities to  initiate listening practices among family members and  then to provide professional accompaniment  and  coaching.

Thrive & Grow

The effort of the Family and Life Committee and Metanoia Listening Center is highly appreciated for helping the families involved in the programs to further thrive and grow which enriches the community of believers and society. Best wishes for the future and for more programs focusing on the sustainable growth and wellbeing of the human persons and families in the Diocese and the Church in general.
