Social Assistance

Based on the field work results, Metanoia Listening center expand the area of services through specialists in social work, to ensure the appropriate follow up for beneficiaries according to their needs that required either a single-specialty or multi-disciplinary intervention. These professional interventions were done through a referral process to the qualified specialists of MLC team or to an external service in cooperation with the network of resources in the region

   

WeThe follow-up can be provided to all categories

The team of specialists at MLC has developed the "Case Management Process" for any case received by:

  • Communicating with the help seeker remotely (phone call or text message) or on site (at the center or on the field)
  • Listening to the service applicant, to collect primary data. After, the case can be referred internally to the specialists of MLC team, or externally
  • Opening a Social File for each case.
  • Following up the case with specialists (social worker, mediator…) according to an action plan in a professional way

It should be noted that this follow-up can be provided to all categories (individuals, women, families, children, institutions, and others).
